Capstone Anchor, LLC is an appointment generation company that builds and operates inbound appointment systems for solar detach & reset, reroof with solar, and solar service contractors. We use Meta advertising, GoHighLevel CRM, and automated follow-up systems to deliver calendar-booked appointments to solar contractors operating in the United States.
When homeowners submit a form through our system, their information is used exclusively to schedule and confirm an in-person appointment with a licensed solar contractor. All customer-facing communications operate under the branding of the applicable contractor client.
By submitting a form that includes an optional SMS consent checkbox, you authorize Capstone Anchor, LLC and its contractor clients to send you text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is optional and is never required to submit a form or book an appointment.

When you book an appointment through our system, you are agreeing to meet with a licensed solar contractor at the address and time you provided. Capstone Anchor, LLC is not a solar installation company and is not a party to any contract between you and the contractor.
Appointments are subject to contractor availability. Reminders will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, use the link provided in your confirmation message.
